The Emphasis on Ecological Design for High-rise Buildings
Abstract
Along with the rapid development of urbanization, there are more and more high-rise buildings in cities. Meanwhile, the negative impacts of high-rise buildings on the urban environment have become more and more serious. The ecological design of high-rise buildings should be paid more attention because high-rise buildings consume a large amount of natural resources and energy. An ecological design method of high-rise buildings was introduced based on four points: adaptation of climate, ecological accounting, passive design and energy saving and integrated design.
