Abstract
(Color) Potentially handmade, this postcard appers to be painted (or printed, then painted). The text appears handwritten, and is entirely in French. The stamp is French, red, cost 10c and appears in the bottom left corner. There is not enough of the postmark present to decipher any information. A date of "28/3/1915" is written in pencil at the bottom. The front of the postcard reads: "Quand nous courons a la frontier / O! Vous femmes, cachez vos pleurs / Le courage est votre priere / Celle qui rend plus forts nos coeurs!!" It may be translated as: "When we run to the front. O! You women, hide your tears. Courage is your prayer. The one that strengthens our hearts.
